Le Cheng is Professor in Guanghua Law School, Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China. He is Executive Vice Dean of the Academy of International Strategy and Law and Vice Chairman of Cybersecurity Strategy and Law Committee of China. He is Editor of Internat
