Atul Jaybhaye is an Assistant Professor of Law at Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur, India. He received his Ph.D. in 2021 from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad, and his LL.M. (Master of Laws) from Symbiosis International
