Amy Cooter, PhD, is the Director of Research, Academic Development & Innovation at Middlebury Institute's Center on Terrorism, Extremism, and Counterterrorism. Prior to joining Middlebury, Prof. Cooter was a senior lecturer in sociology at Vanderbilt Univ
